In addition to Hovslätts IK, 12 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Hovslätts IK could be found in Group 2 together with IBF Älvstranden 1, IBK Lidköping and IBK Vänersborg.

Hovslätts IK made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IBK Lund P03 Victoria, which they won with 7-4. Thereby Hovslätts IK won the entire Slutspel A in Pojkar 15 during Vilancupen 2018.

Hovslätts IK also participated in Pojkar 14 during Vilancupen 2017. They won Slutspel A, after beating GS86 in the final with 4-2.
